US TSCA Application
We provide a variety of services for the application of new chemical substances according to the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
In the United States, chemical substances are managed under TSCA, which is under the jurisdiction of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This requires procedures that include the pre-manufacture notice (PMN) to be carried out prior to the import of products that contain new chemical substances into the United States.

Support for application

- Reliable, technically capable US agents will be selected as the point of contact for technical questions received by the authority (technical contact).

Support in the submission of third party information
If you do not wish to disclose some information to US users, this may be submitted separately as third party information (letter of support).
Polymer exemption letter
We provide support for issuing confirmation documents on polymer exemption applicability to be issued by our partner experts in the United States.
The letter with chemical information as undisclosed can also be issued.
NOC (initial activity report)
We provide support for the preparation of application documents and submission to the authority using the dedicated system.
CAS-IES report proxy obtainment service
We provide proxy services in obtaining the CAS names from CAS IES (Inventory Expert Service) according to the TSCA standard.
