US TSCA Application

We provide a variety of services for the application of new chemical substances according to the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).

In the United States, chemical substances are managed under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), which is under the jurisdiction of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This requires procedures that include the pre-manufacture notice (PMN) to be carried out prior to the import of products that contain new chemical substances into the United States.

Prior consulting

We provide application plans appropriate for the nature of the new chemical substances and the business plan in the United States.

Support for application

  • Selection and arrangement of the contact point with the authority
    Reliable, technically capable US agents will be selected as the point of contact for technical questions received by the authority (technical contact).
  • Total support from the preparation of application documents to the completion of assessment period
    We will prepare all application documents using the dedicated system of the authority and provide support for electronic submission. Expert responses will be provided for the different inquiries received from the authority.

NOC (initial activity report)

We provide support for the preparation of application documents and submission to the authority using the dedicated system.

CAS-IES report proxy obtainment service

We provide proxy services in obtaining the CAS names from CAS IES (Inventory Expert Service) according to the TSCA standard.
