Registration of Chemical Substances in Korea
In Korea, legal measures are required for the manufacture and import of new chemical substances listed under the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (K-REACH), existing chemical substances for registration at quantities of 1 ton or greater, and any new chemical substances listed under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) according to individual requirements. We provide a variety of services for registration and application.

Prior consulting
We provide application plans suitable for business plans, including the quantities of new chemical substances to be manufactured and imported and the purpose of import.
For the joint registration of existing chemical substances for registration of quantities of 1 ton or more, support will be provided for applications from entry in the council and registration to suit the status of activities.
Application work

- Selection and arrangement of agents in Korea
- Reliable major local agents with extensive experience in application will be suggested.
Following registration, services for the maintenance and management of registration will be provided by the agent.

- Total support from the preparation of application documents to the completion of registration
- We provide total technical support to the completion of registration, including close examination of all necessary information, arrangement of research studies, preparation of application documents, preparation of technical documents and risk assessment reports, and responses to inquiries by the Korean authority.
Reconsignment of studies required for the application
We provide support in obtaining all study data, including research studies conducted by external testing institutions.
Reliable testing institutions will be adopted on the basis of the descriptions of the substances and the timing of the plannedapplication.
The study schedule and data reliability will be closely examined by our company and monitored until the end of the studies.
