EU REACH / EU Poison Centres Notification

EU REACH, EU Poison Centres Notification

We provide a variety of services related to REACH registration (new and existing chemical substances).
According to the EU REACH regulation, it is mandatory for chemical substances that are imported into the EU in quantities of 1 t or more per year must be registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

EU-based businesses are obligated to submit the Poison Centres Notification to the Poison Centres in each member state for hazardous mixtures, as mandated by the CLP Regulation. Depending on the supply chain and business situation, non-EU based businesses may also be required to submit the notification to the Poison Centres and obtain a Unique Formula Identifier (UFI).
We offer services to act as an intermediary for Poison Centre notifications and UFI acquisition.
